WEDDING PLANNING & CONSULTATION SERVICES

We are thrilled that you are getting married!! However, we know that planning a wedding can be challenging for most couples. In fact, the average couple spends 250 hours planning their “Special Day!” Some couples feel they would like a hands-on approach and want to be very active with the wedding-planning process and do things on their own, but would like someone to help them and be there for them on their wedding day. On the other hand, there are couples who would like guidance from the very beginning stages of their wedding-planning process until the very end. Then there are those who just need some consultation and do the planning process on their own. We can help couples in any of their wedding-planning stages. 

We are now also offering Micro-weddings. Unfortunately, the world became a challenging place to live in in 2020…  So we made it more convenient for couples who would like to have a smaller intimate wedding with 10, 20 or 50 of their closest family and friends. We will do all the work for you. You just show up!

If you are looking for assistance and guidance from the beginning stages of planning your wedding to the very end, let our certified wedding planner help you. We understand your time is valuable, so let us take care of everything for you. From selecting an affordable venue to helping you choose the perfect wedding cake, and everything in between. This may include and not limited to the following:

 
  • Vendor recommendations including industry-leading experts
  • Scheduling, Coordinating and Attending vendor appointments
  • Assistance with development of wedding design, theme and vision
  • Budget preparation and development, including payment schedule
  • Customized Wedding Day Itinerary
  • Confirmation of all vendors/suppliers the week of the wedding
  • Liaison and main contact with all wedding vendors 
  • Wedding rehearsal attendance & coordination
  • Supervision, assistance & execution of ceremony & reception set-up
  • Unlimited communication by email correspondences, phone calls and/or virtual meetings 
  • Assistance at bride’s residence or location where she will be getting ready
  • Emergency kit provided to use on the wedding day
  • A Lead Wedding Coordinator provided for full day coverage
  • 1 Assistant provided for 10 hours on the wedding day
  • Finalize all floor plans, menus and venue logistics with the venue manager and clients
  • Distribution of vendor payments and/or gratitudes on the wedding day
  • Rental discounts on various wedding items provided by GP Stylish Events
  • Complimentary rental provided of  4ft. Love Letters & table numbers

There are many ideas that you have envisioned on your wedding day and have put many hours into strategically selecting your venue, ceremony site and photographer. However, you still need some assistance, guidance and recommendations in some areas of your wedding planning. We can help you with selecting your decor items as well as floral, invitations and even your honeymoon destination. Below are some just some areas we can assist you with:

month-of-wedding coordination

This package is best suited for the couple who has done all their wedding preparations and just needs a Wedding Coordinator to oversee and assist on their wedding day. We will meet with you 4 weeks prior to the wedding and review all the details with you to make it a perfect day. This package includes the following:

 

  • Complimentary initial consult to discuss your wedding day
  • Confirmation with venue and all vendors/suppliers the week of the wedding
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails starting 6-8 weeks prior to wedding day
  • 1 meeting at venue location a week  prior to wedding to finalize a run through of décor set-up and any items being used at the reception
  • Supervision of ceremony and reception set up ensuring all vendors are met and items provided are in working condition
  • Handling vendor payments on the wedding day
  • Emergency kit usage provided on the wedding day
  • Customized Wedding Day Itinerary 
  • Lead Wedding coordinator provided for 10 hours on wedding day
  • Assistant wedding coordinator provided for 8 hours on wedding day
  • Complimentary rental of cake stand on the wedding day
  • Wedding rental items available for rent at discounted pricing

    

CONSULTATION

If you need some assistance or trying to envision your ideas but don’t know where to begin; this is where we can work together to make your special event happen! I can help you with your budget, and whether it’s party favours, cake, a venue or a great sounding DJ, I know the people and places that will enable you to get the most without “Breaking the bank”. Consultations are $150- for the first hour and $50- per hour thereafter. We look for forward to speaking with you, so please contact us for more information
